I had a pleasant stay at this hotel which had some great aspects. The location is ideal, providing easy access to attractions, and the rooms, while small, were clean and comfortable. The service was a bit hit or miss—some staff were friendly and helpful, while others were unresponsive. The dining options were decent, but the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered.
Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and bright but quite small, with a door that allowed my kids to go to bed early while remaining in the same room. I wouldn't say it was worth the £220 per night; it felt more like £120.
Service
7.0
The service varied. While some staff were friendly and efficient, there were also moments where staff seemed unhelpful and unsympathetic.
Location
8.0
The hotel had a good location with easy access to area attractions, plus it featured a nice swimming pool.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average; the breakfast was nice but overpriced at €16 each, especially when there was a queue for the buffet.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a swimming pool which was enjoyable, but overall, I hoped for more amenities.

7.6/10
The hotel has a great location, just outside the main shopping and dining areas and in a quiet spot, which I really appreciated. The rooms had a cute little balcony, although they felt a bit dark upon arrival. The staff was somewhat polite and helpful, but I felt like some were a bit reluctant to go the extra mile. The breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection, but the overall experience felt lacking in a few areas.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms had a cute little balcony, which was a nice bonus. However, they felt quite dark initially and could definitely use some more appealing lighting.
Service
6.0
The service was polite and somewhat helpful, but there were times when the staff seemed a bit reluctant to serve.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, being in a quiet area yet not far from the town center or the beach.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was very good, featuring freshly squeezed juices, great bread, and lovely croissants, even if the queue was a bit long at times.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had nice facilities, including a swimming pool that was quite pleasant.

6.8/10
The hotel is located in a charming area, close to the racetrack and has a nice swimming pool. While the rooms had an interesting shape and were fairly comfortable, the service could have been more welcoming. Also, I found the breakfast to be quite pricey, especially considering the room rate. Overall, it has its quirks, but it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the Normandy area.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were on the small side but had a unique shape, and while they were a bit dark upon arrival, they became more appealing once all the lights were turned on. One of the bedside lights was hanging off the wall, which was not ideal.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be rather unhelpful and unfriendly at times. The staff seemed to prefer dealing with their regular French clientele, but some were friendly when I attempted my limited French.
Location
9.0
The location was great for walking into central Deauville, and being close to the race track was a nice touch. There was convenient parking available nearby, too.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast looked very good with freshly squeezed juices and a wide selection of meats and cheeses, but it seemed too pricey for what it offered, especially given the room rate I expected it to be included.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had a lovely swimming pool which was well maintained, adding to the overall experience.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially because of my cute little balcony which was a sweet bonus! The rooms were great, with a separate twin room for the kids, making it family-friendly. However, the service wasn’t the best at times, as a few staff members were a bit unfriendly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a nice location close to everything.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very small but did have air conditioning, and the layout with a separate twin room for the children was fantastic.
Service
6.0
Service varied; while some staff were very helpful and cheerful, I did encounter a couple of unfriendly staff members which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location is good, making it easy to walk into the center with nice surroundings, complete with horses and other animals.
Dining

Dining was well up to the mark with a delightful breakfast that set me up for a day of exploring, but I felt breakfast should be included in the price.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, but I felt they could have offered a bit more for the price paid.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel where the charming shabby chic French-style furniture and cozy fireplace in the room made it feel special. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. Unfortunately, the location wasn't perfect, and while I enjoyed my stay, the lack of breakfast included was a bit disappointing, especially given the price. Overall, I really appreciated the unique setting with surrounding animals like horses and a goat.
Rooms
9.0
My room was beautifully decorated in shabby chic French style, complete with a lovely fireplace and a fantastic corner bath. Plus, having a balcony was a real bonus, allowing me to enjoy the view of the surrounding animals.
Service
10.0
The service here was super friendly and helpful. The staff genuinely added to the charm of my stay, always ready to assist.
Location
7.0
While the location had its quirks with horses and a goat nearby which I found amusing, it could have been better. It allowed easy access to area attractions, but I did think about how it might have been cheaper to stay elsewhere given I didn't use the spa facilities.
Dining
6.0
I found dining options to be a bit lacking since breakfast wasn’t included in the price. The buffet was adequate but crowded, and at €16, I expected a bit more.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but there were no standout features aside from the charming ambiance. I wish they had provided breakfast with the room rate.
